1. Ordering and Delivery

  • 1. Currently we offer FREE delivery for orders greater than R300. For smaller orders, we charge R100 delivery fee.

  • 2. Currently we do not offer a delivery service for boat packages bought online. You will need to come into the Anchor Boat Shop to finalise your purchase and collect your boat.

  • 3. Orders will be delivered by courier within 3 - 7 days business days subject to product availability (excluding boat packages).

  • 4. When purchasing one of our boat packages you will need to provide proof of a valid Skippers License when coming to the store to finalise your purchase. If you do not have a valid Skippers license, our sales consultant will be able to assist you in booking your Skippers License course.

2. My Account

1. Create an Account

Click here to create a new online account. Two things to keep in mind:

  • • If you have items in your shopping cart, don't worry, the items will remain in your cart as you complete registration.

  • • Once you have all the information entered, click Submit. The Screen will refresh and bring you to the My Account page. When you visit us in the future your email address and password will be used to access your account.

2. Forgot Password

If you ever forget your password please use our Forgot your password? option. Enter the email address for your account. A link to change your password will be emailed to you. If you are still having difficulties creating an account call us or send an email to me@abs.co.za

3. Book a service

We have a team of trained professionals ready to do the annual service on your boat or any repairs or installations you may need. Let us know what kind of boat you have and when you would like to bring it in by filling in your details here, and we will contact you to confirm arrangements as soon as we can.

4. Payments

  • 1. We require a R5,000 deposit on all boat package purchases. The deposit is refundable within 7 workings days should you change your mind, non-refundable thereafter.

  • 2. For all other products, payment is taken immediately from your card at checkout.

  • 3. Our checkout process is provided by PayU, an expert and specialist provider of payment services to the online industry globally. This ensures we use the latest security and technology.

  • 4. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept Debit Cards that carry a signature and CVV number on the back.

5. Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If at any time your Anchor Boat Shop purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. We will be unable to process your refund after 30 days or if you do not have a valid receipt.

2. Returns to store

This can be completed in two easy steps:

Step 1: Return the item to its original packaging. We will replace defective units and exchange for the same model and style only.

Step 2: Go to the Anchor Boat Shop and present them with your original receipt. Our Sales consultant will process your refund.

3. Exchanges

Need to exchange the item? It’s just as easy as making the return.

Step 1: Return the item to its original packaging.

Step 2: Go to the Anchor Boat Shop and present them with your receipt.

Step 3: Locate the part you want to exchange your item for. Can't locate what you need ask any of our Sales consultants for assistance.

Step 4: Present the Sales Consultant with your original receipt and they will process the exchange. If additional payment or a refund is due the Sales Consultant will advise you of the difference.
